To prepare your request as soon as possible, we need the following documents:
Acknowledged receipt or return slip
ID of the buyer if he/she is present in person/proxy of the buyer + ID of the proxy and copy of the ID of the buyer if he/she is not present at the time of the pick-up
Only lots 54 and 42 are stored in Lambersart.
Storage after sale
15 days of free storage (from the day after the sale)
From the 16th day after the sale, we will charge the buyers a handling fee + storage fee (see our rates)
Within our warehouses, any handling request will be invoiced at the indivisible hourly rate of 40 Euros HT per hour and per person
